Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and payment must be received and processed first. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

All content on the Services — including trademarks, brand elements, text, images, graphics, product photography, and design — is owned by RV, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

RV’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of RV. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 7 — Optional Tools
You may be given access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

RV is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales are made directly with RV. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and RV, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your transactions with RV.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers — including Shopify and its affiliates — are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

This limitation does not exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RV, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any losses, damages, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.

Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full effect.

Section 20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and RV regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Section 21 — Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice to you.

Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and RV consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services.
